Islam was founded in 622 AD by
Mohammed the Prophet, in the "Hegira", "Hijra", flight or migration from Mecca
to Medina, Arabia, and marks the beginning of Islam and the Muslim calendar.
ABRAHAM is the "Father" of the three Great Western Religions: "Judaism", "Christianity", and "Islam".
The 3 Great Western Religions: Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, have "Abraham" for "Father", and the three of them adore the same only one God, or Yahweh, or Allah... the same "person" pronounced in the different languages... The same God who made the hands of a Jew, made the feet of a Christian, and the eyes of a Muslim... We all are children of the same God... and it should be a good reason to love each other, instead of fighting against each other, as shamefully has often happened in history. Expansion of Islam: Muhammad, empires, wars, terrorism groups, suicide bombers... ISHMAEL... a Multitude!: Abraham ("father of multitudes") had two sons: "Ishmael", from his servant Hagar the Egyptian (Gen. 16), and "Isaac", from his wife Sarah, at their old age (Gen. 21). - The Jews and Christians are the descendants of
Isaac.... Jacob... his 12 sons... the 12 Tribes of Israel. In the Bible, God prophesied a "multitude" for the descendants of Isaac, and also a "multitude" for the descendants of Ishmael (Gen.17:20)... and this prophecy has been fulfilled to the letter: Today, the descendants of Isaac are over 2,000 million (Christians)... and the descendants of Ishmael are over 1,000 million (Muslims)... in fact, the two largest religious bodies on earth. In the Bible, "Isaac" was the son that Abraham brought to Mount Moriah (Jerusalem) to be sacrificed (Gen.22)... The Koran claims it was his son "Ishmael"... the "son" of Abraham to be sacrificed was the type of "Jesus", the divine son actually sacrificed to save the whole world, in the same Mount Moriah (Jerusalem). The Muslims have fulfilled the prophesy of the Bible, a "multitude"!. Expansion under Muhammad: Under Muhammad the 5 tribes of Medina ("City of the Prophet") were united into a federation, though 2 of them were Jews. Mecca was conquered for Islam, making his way to the Kaaba stone which had been the religious focus of Mecca since time immemorial and which he now rededicated to Allah, accepted the almost mass conversion of the city but returned himself to Medina.
Expansion After Muhammad: After the death and burial of Muhammad, the political and spiritual leadership of the Muslims was assumed by the "Caliphs" ("successors"), or "deputies of the Prophet", who ruled Islam in his place in all aspects except as prophet. Within a decade they took control of Egypt, Palestine, Syria, Iraq, Iran, all Mesopotamia... capturing Damascus in 635, Jerusalem in 640, Cairo in 641, Alexandria in 642... ... Then, to Africa (North and sub-Saharan), Asia (India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, China), Europe (Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Balkans, Vienna, Kiev)... stopped in France by Charles Martel. Today, the same expansion attitude prevails, with wars kingdoms or empires, wars all over the glove... and special use of terrorism groups and suicide bombers where Muslims are overpowered.
Membership of Islam Today: Today there are 1,100 Muslims, and Islam is not only Arab, but it is represented in all the major races and cultures... Indonesia has the largest membership of Muslims: 130 million. Asia and Middle East: 760 million: Africa: 301 million:
Europe: 32 million (plus U.S.S.R.):
North-America: 5.5 million. Latin-America: 1.5 million. Oceania: 382,000.
Allah: God Discrepancies between the Koran and the Bible
The fundamental pillar of faith in Islam is to testify that "there is no deity worthy of worship except the One True Almighty God" (in Arabic: "La ilaha ill Allah", "there is no God but Allah", the greatest statement of the Arabic language. For the Muslims, Allah is the name of the One and Only God,
Compassionate and Merciful. The Gracious, The Creator, The Sustainer, The
Healer, The All-Knowing, The All-Wise, The Lord of the Universe, The First, The
Last, and others. He is the Creator of all human beings. He is the God for the
Christians, the Jews, the Muslims, the Buddhists, the Hindus, the atheists, and
others. Muslims worship God whose name is Allah. They put their trust in Him and
they seek His help and His guidance. Indeed, it is beautiful and impressive the worship of the Muslims to Allah. Some non-Muslims mistakenly believe that Allah is an "Arab god," a "moon god," or some sort of idol. Allah is the proper name of the One True God, in the Arabic language used by Muslims all over the world. Allah is a name that is neither feminine nor masculine, and it cannot be made plural (unlike god, gods, goddess, etc). Muslims believe that there is nothing in the heavens nor on earth that deserves worship except Allah, the One True Creator. Islam is based on the concept of Tawhid, or Unity of God. Muslims are strictly monotheistic, and fiercely reject any attempt to make God visible or human. Islam rejects any form of idol worship, even if it is an attempt to get "closer" to God, and rejects the Trinity or any attempt to make God human. "Say, 'He is
Allah, the One; In Muslim understanding, God is beyond our sight and understanding, yet at the same time "nearer to us than our jugular vein" (Qur'an 50:16). Muslims pray directly to God, with no intermediary, and seek guidance from Him alone, because "...Allah knows well the secrets of your hearts" (Qur'an 5:7). "When My servants
ask thee concerning Me, In the Qur'an, people are asked to look around them for the signs of Allah in the natural world. The balance of the world, the rhythms of life, are "signs for those who would believe." The universe is in perfect order: the orbits of the planets, the cycles of life and death, the seasons of the year, the mountains and the rivers, the mysteries of the human body. This order and balance are not haphazard nor random. The world, and everything in it, has been created with a perfect plan, by the One who knows all. Islam is a natural faith, a religion of responsibility, purpose, balance, discipline, and simplicity. To be a Muslim is to live your life remembering God and striving to follow His merciful guidance. Discrepancies between the Koran and the Bible: There are some "discrepancies" between the Koran and the Bible, important enough to say that either the Koran is not the word of God or the Bible is not the word of God... they cannot be both "the truth"... one of them is false, even if it has many good things... because God cannot say one single error!. For a Muslin, even the suggestion that the Koran may be in error, is a blasphemy... as it happens with a Jew and his Scriptures, and a Christian with the whole Bible... but we should be open-minded... if you were born from Muslim or Jew parents, now, most probably, you would be a Muslim or a Jew, what your parents were!... or a Christian or a Hindu, if your parents were Christians or Hindus... The "Trinity"... "Mary": The Koran proclaims that "the Trinity of the Bible" are three Gods: "The Father, Jesus, and Mary"... as declared in the Sura 5:116, "Then God will say: Jesus son of Mary, did you ever say to mankind: "Worship me and my mother as gods besides God?"... ... and this is a "gross error" of the Koran, because the Bible does not say that the Trinity is "the Father, Jesus, and Mary", but "the Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit"... and God cannot make that gross mistake!... Jesus and the Bible never ever said that Mary is God, never ever said to worship Mary... only you worship God in the Bible. Muslim scholars see the angel Gabriel as the Holy Spirit. The "Trinity", The Trinity is rejected by the Koran, and in fact it says that to believe in the Trinity is to be an unbeliever, "Unbelievers are those that say: "God is one of three" (5:73)... However, every time God speaks in the Koran he does it as "We", "Us", Our", over 100 times!... showing again and again that God is not a single person, but several persons in one divine being: In Sura 37:70-130 the Koran repeats it at least 17 times: "Noah prayed to Us... We bestowed on him... We gave him... We reword the righteous" and every time writes them with capital, "We", Us", "Our"... "Then We sent forth Moses and Aaron with Our signs" (10:75)... over and over is repeated in the same way in Suras 7:1-11, 2, 6, 10... "Jesus Christ": There are several important discrepancies between the Koran and the Bible: - The Gospels, say that Jesus is God, he was crucified, and he resurrected physically... - The Koran, denies the 3 facts... but then, praises the "Gospel of Jesus"... that's a "gross error of the Koran", because if Jesus is not God, and he was not crucified, the Koran should say that the Gospel of Jesus is wrong, instead of praising the Gospel, and advising to follow the doctrines of the Gospel in Suras 5:46 and 5:65... the divinity of Jesus, his crucifixion, and resurrection at the third day, is the "heart of the Gospel"!. "God the Father": This is not a error but "a missing" in the Koran: Of the 99 attributes of God, is missing "the Father": God is the Creator, the true Father of every Muslim, and every Christian, and Jew, and Hindu... the same Allah who made the hands of a Muslim, made the feet of a Jew, and the kidneys of a Christian... God is the compassionate Father, the merciful as a Father is... "Eternally Father": This is another "missing" of the Koran...God is eternally the Father of Jesus Christ, eternally begotten, not made, and one in being with the Father; Jesus is eternally God as the Father, because if at any moment God would not have had a Son, at that moment God would not have been a Father, which is an impossible... and Jesus Christ is as much God as the Father, God from God... but not two Gods, only one God!... like the water and ice, not 2 waters, but the same substance in different forms... and the Holy Spirit is like a cloud, also the same water, who proceeds eternally from the love of Father to the Son and the love of the Son to the Father... and there are not 3 Gods, but only one eternal God: The God of Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac, of the Sura 2:133, which are not 3 Gods, but the only one God... and that's why the only one God speaks as "We" and "Us" and "Our", at least 17 times in the Sura 37 of The Ranks, in verses 70-130. The "Savior": This is another "missing" in the Koran: God loved you so much that he became flesh, Jesus the Christ, to die on a cross to pay for all our sins, so if you believe in Him you may not perish, but have eternal life (John 3:16)... The certainty of salvation known by the Christian (Jn.3:36, 5:24) is but a vague hope to the Muslim who awaits the Day of Resurrection when "works", not "grace", will determine his destination in the next life: The balance between good and bad deeds determines eternal destiny in Paradise or Hell... God's mercy may tip the balance for a Muslim, but it is arbitrary and uncertain... Right now you can have "eternal life": Just believe in the Son, that Jesus Christ is God, and you have "eternal life"... not that you "will have", but that you have it now!, says John 3:36, with a "new life" now on earth, with a little piece of heaven on earth... let us see: "God in you": This is the great difference of a Muslim, a Jew, and a Christian: For a Muslim and a Jew, God is with him, guiding him to the right path... but for a Christian God is "within him"... "You in me, and I in you", says Jesus in John 15... Christ is inside a Christian, and a Christian is inside Christ, in his Church... because Jesus not only died on a cross to pay for all your sins, but also resurrected to give you a "new life", the life of God in you... and you can have it all right now, just by believing in the Son, in Jesus Christ (John 3:36)... and this is all free, by grace, by the power of the Holy Spirit, your sanctifier, who is with you now, helping you to become a Christian, without forcing you, like a dove, but with the power of God, able to make your life one of service and love... a "new creature" on earth... and, on top of it, a sure eternal Paradise after death. "Jews" and "Christians": In the Koran, Jews are damned by Allah, and Christians are told that faith in Christ as God incarnate is "blasphemy"... but the same Koran praises and recommends the Torah and the Gospel of Jesus, which is a contradiction.
Muhammad "MUHAMMAD": Also spelled "Muhammed", "Mohammed". "Muhammad" means "highly praised". His full name is "Ab_ al-Q_sim Muhammad ibn 'abd All_h ibn 'abd al-Muttalib ibn H_shim". He is the Prophet or Messenger used by Allah to reveal the Koran... through him "Islam" was founded... and he was a genius, combining the political and religious power in Medina, making it a model for the Muslim societies, a "theocracy", where the political and religious leader is the same person, without any possible separation of religion and state. His sense of honor, duty, and fidelity won as he grew older the high and enviable titles of "The True", "The Upright", "The Trustworthy One"... and the name of "Muhammad" has been borne by more children than any other in the world. A Rough Life: He was born at Mecca, Arabia, in 570 A.D., after the death of his father. His mother died when he was 6, and the grandfather who cared for him died when he was 8; since then he went to live with his uncle Abu Talib. He had epilepsy. He died of poor health in Medina in 632, at the age of 62, only 10 years after the Hegira. Buried at the courtyard of the mosque in Medina. At the age of 25 he worked as a camel driver for a rich widow, Khadijah, whom he later married. After her death he lived in polygamy with 10 wives, though the Koran says to have only 1 to 4 wives (Sutra 4:3). He justified his own violation by a special personal "revelation". During the last 10 years he lived in Medina with his wives and daughter and heir, Fatima. Divine Revelations: In 610, at the age of 40, he had the first revelation at a cave of Mount Hira, in Mecca... it was Angel Gabriel, the same who appeared to Daniel and Virgin Marry, who commanded him to read what was written thereon, though Muhammad didn't know to read... it was the actual Sura 96 of the Koran: "Read! in the name of the Lord who created, who created man from clots of blood..." He continued to receive revelations of God through Gabriel for 23 years. He transmitted them by word of mouth, and they were written and completed in what is today the "Koran" in 650 A.D., during the second Caliph, 'Umar. Religious and Political Life: The "revelations" were received very badly in Mecca, because they rejected their gods, criticized usury, forbade alcohol, and promoted honest life... - The "Hegira" ("Hijra"): In 622 he went to "Medina" where 12 disciples were preparing his way; the trip is called the "Hegira" ("Hijra", Flight or Migration), and marks the beginning of Islam and the Muslim calendar. - In Medina, his "revelations" were well accepted, and he became the religious and political leader of all the tribes in Medina... a "theocratic government", where religion and state were united in the same person. Muhammad won several battles and lost one, he was a good general!... In 629 the Jews of Khaybar were put to the sword and Muhammad sent several letters and messengers to the Kings of Persia, Yemen, Ethiopia, and the Emperor Heraclius, inviting them to accept Islam. In 630 he entered triumphantly and in peace to "Mecca", the entire population converted to Islam, and the Kaaba in Mecca was established as the religious center of Islam. He went back to Medina, but in 632, the year of his death, in poor health, he went back to the Farewell Pilgrimage to Mecca... he died in Medina 3 months later. His remains are at the courtyard of the mosque of Medina, where he lived, buried under the floor of 'A'ishah's hut. - The "nigh Journey": Muhammad's reputed "night journey" from Mecca to "Jerusalem", and thence to the Seventh Heaven, took place traditionally in the year 620 A.D., 2 years before the Hegira... he traveled in his white horse, El-Burak, and ascended to heaven from the El-Agra stone in the Dome of the Rock at Jerusalem, and then back to Mecca. Muhammad was "no God": 1- God: - Muhammad stated he was not God... and all the
1.1 billion Muslims agree. 2- Prophesied: - Muhammad was never prophesied.. All Muslims
agree on this 3- Miracles: - Muhammad never made any "miracle", he stated
he never made one, only "The Koran" is his standing miracle... and all the
Muslims agree 4- Wars: - Muhammad
himself launched 80 war campaigns during the ten years from his migration
in A.D. 622 to his death in A.D. 632 though some of them were nothing more than
reconnaissance missions...
http://www.biblia.com/islam/islam.htm
5- Resurrection: - Muhammad did not resurrect physically after
death... his remains are still at the courtyard of the mosque in Medinah, where
he lived. 6- In you!: - Muhammad never claimed to live inside a Muslim... and all Muslims agree. - Jesus claimed he will resurrect to live inside every Christian... free!... by grace!... you have only to believe that he is God, who died on a Cross to save you, and resurrected to live in your heart... and no matter if you are poor or rich, good or criminal... if you believe in Jesus, and do what he says, you can have right now Jesus in your heart... every Christian is a "temple of God", a "new creature"... and you can have it free... only "believe" right now... try Jesus!... he is the only one God, the only one Allah... and he is at your side right now, trying to fill you with his love, his joy, and his peace... on earth... and for eternity...I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.
The Koran
1- The "Koran" or "Holy Quran": For the Muslims is
the word of God as revealed to Muhammad. 2- The "Hadith": What Muhammad the prophet said and
did: 3- The "Sunnah": The rules and regulations of Muslim
life, with different "sharia" (norms of life): 4- The "Torah" of Moses, the Psalms of David, and the Gospel of Jesus (the Injil), accepted by the Koran, but considered "corrupted". 5- The interpreters of the Scriptures, are the
"mullahs" or "ulemas", who serve as religious teachers and judges in the
courts... the University of Al-Azhar in Cairo, Egypt, is considered to be the
best institution for religious instruction and legal interpretation, the Sunni
Islam's foremost seat of learning. In a sense, "Al-Azar" may be compared to the
Vatican in Rome for the Christians.
THE "KORAN"... AND THE "BIBLE": The Koran deals with many similar features as the Bible:
Adam, Noah, Satan, Abraham, Isaac, Ishmael, Jacob, Moses, David, Gabriel, Virgin
Mary, Jesus... the Koran honors and praises the Torah, the Psalms, and the
Gospel of Jesus. Discrepancies: The "Trinity"... "Mary":
Muslim scholars see the angel Gabriel as the Holy Spirit. The "Trinity": "Jesus Christ": "God the Father": "Eternally Father": The "Savior": The certainty of salvation known by the Christian (Jn.3:36,
5:24) is but a vague hope to the Muslim who awaits the Day of Resurrection when
"works", not "grace", will determine his destination in the next life: The
balance between good and bad deeds determines eternal destiny in Paradise or
Hell... God's mercy may tip the balance for a Muslim, but it is arbitrary and
uncertain... "God in you": "Jews" and "Christians": "Virgin Mary":
Branches of Islam The death of Muhammad in Medina provoked a mayor crisis among his followers: The dispute over the leadership resulted in the most important "schism" in Islam: "Sunnis" and "Shiites: - The Prophet's preference to follow him was Ali, the husband of his daughter, the Egyptian Fatima, and the father of his only surviving grandsons Hasan and Husayn. But, while the family was busy burying the Prophet, the leaders of Medina elected the aging Abu Bakr, the father of the Prophet's favorite wife, as the successor ("caliph"), even before the burial of the Prophet. Ali and his family were dismayed but agreed for the sake of unity, and because Ali was still young... however, after the murder of the third caliph, Ali was invited by the Muslims of Medina to accept the caliphate, with the mayor schism of Islam: - The "Sunnis", followers of Abu, the majority, with 800 million Muslims. - The "Shiites", followers of Ali, with 100 million Muslims (Iran, Iraq, Palestine). Despite the differences in detail and politics, the various branches do accept the basic tenets laid down in the Koran. 1- The "Sunni": 800 million: The followers of Abu, called "Sunni" because they accept the "sunnas", the oral traditions and interpretations of the Koran after Muhammad's death, called the "sunnas", and later the "Hadiths". They are usually more liberal. They belief the "caliph" ("successor" of Muhammad) should always be elected, not conferred by heredity. They claim they are the true followers of the faith, and until 1959 they refuse to recognize the Shiites as true Muslims. They believe in "predestination". During the Ottoman Turks, the Caliphs were called "Sultans". 2- The "Shiite": 100 million: The "Shiite ("partisans"), are the followers of Ali, more orthodox and militant, mainly in Iran, Iraq, and Palestine. In 656, Ali and Fatima's son Hussein led a fight against the Sunnis. Hussein was torture and beheaded, and today the Shiites of Iran honor the memory of Hussein's death with an annual procession in which marches in a frenzied demonstration beat and whip themselves with chains and branches. The "Iman" and "Mahdi" (Messhiah): - The present "Ayatollahs", ("signs of God") see themselves as joint caretakers of the office of the Imam, until he returns at the end of time. The "Ayatollah Khomeini" claimed that he was a descendant of the 7th Imam, and hence the rightful ruler of the Shiites. A small group founded by al-Wahhab in the eighteenth century, but it was the primary force in the creation of the state of Saudi Arabia in 1932, the country of the cities of Mecca and Medina, and from them, the Wahhabi have influenced Muslims throughout the world who go into the pilgrimage to Mecca. They are the Puritans of the Muslims, with the most strict, severely enforced moral standard of conduct, and their call for a pure Islam regulated by a literal interpretation of the Koran. For them, it is a polytheism to visit the graves of the
saints, and they are against observance of the feast of the Birth of the
Prophet... and they discourage such Western innovations as cinema and dancing.
The first major sect that appeared in the history of Islam
was made up of the Khawarij or Kharijites as they are known to us. The
word means "those who go out", that is, seceders. They appeared as a separate
group after the Battle of Siffin when Ali submitted his conflict with Mu'awiyah
to arbitration. Although his followers had unanimously influenced him into this
course of action, a section broke away afterwards, claiming that no caliph of
Allah should submit the cause of God to the discretion of man. This group thus
became the nucleus of the Kharijite movement in Islam, a dogmatic and fanatical
sect which plagued Iraq for many years. In the eight century a group of Shiites created a division on the account of who would be the rightful seventh Imam at the death of the sixth Imam who had 2 sons: They followed the older brother, Ismail, who died as a child, and so, they are called the "Ismailis" or "Seveners".They are in parts of India, Egypt, and the rulers of Syria, Palestine, Mesopotamia, and Bahrain. They believe that incarnations of God in the form of new Imams will continue throughout time There are different groups of Ismailis:
The "Ismaili Druze"
The Ismaili "Hashshashin"
or "Assassins", used the drug hashish to get exited, and
became famous for their practice of seizing Crusader forts and assassinating
Christians. Today, known as "Khojas" or "Mawlas" in Bombay, India, and parts of
Iran, Syria, and Zanzibar. The Sufi ("mystic", "woolen robes"): It is a mystic group responsible for large scale conversion of Hindus and Africans into Islam. One founder was Ahmad al-Qadiana, who lived in Cairo in the eighth century and claimed to be an incarnation of Allah. The "Whirling Derisshes": The greatest of the Sufi poets is "Meluana Celadin Rumi" (1207-73), from Turkey, whose work, "Masvani", is considered second only to the Koran, and it was Rumi who advocated and influenced the development of the "whirling dervishes", twirl dancing around the master, as a means of achieving oneness with God... it requires 1,001 hours to master the dance, once secret, now performed openly. They used to retreat to the desert where they live as wandering ascetics, abstaining from all worldly pleasures and dressing in woolen robes, "sufis"... and there are several "orders", like the Christian monastic orders. Their "primary goal", is to rid the souls of self-love and replace it with God-love. The "ego" aspect of human nature must be eradicated if the path of salvation is to be achieved. The "Sufi Way", has 7 stages: Repentance, abstinence from worldly pleasures, detachment or isolation from the world, solitude, poverty, patience, and self-surrender to God. The 7-path program is completed when "ego" leaves and "divine love" enters the human soul. The "Sufi Meditation", prescribes for concentration to touch 5 centers of the body: The heart; then the spirit center found in the heart; then the secret center between the heart and the spirit center; then the forehead, seat of the mysteries; and finally the brain, the deeply hidden source of mystery. "Worship practices" are meditating, praying with songs and dances, gyrating movements of the body... "a master" will lead the devout to mystical trances... illumination comes in the form of ecstatic dancing, as may be practiced by the "whirling dervishes". The wild dancing represents the movements of the planets... and when the dancer collapses in a trance, enters into God. Eventually the dervish becomes a "perfect man" who can teach others God's truth. Among the Sufis, the most holy men become saints and their tombs become shrines to which pilgrims go to receive divine blessings. The modern "work" of Gurdjieff and Ouspensky, to know "thyself", is mostly based in Sufi Mysticism, even with the "Whirling dervish-type dances". Baha'ism: A religion founded by "Baha' U'llah" ("Mirza Husayn Ali") in 1863 in Iran, with the desire "to unite mankind into one religion kingdom". Baha' claimed to be the "Madhi" ("Messiah") expected by Muslims, Jews, Christians, Buddhists... There are today 5 million Baha'is in 205 countries; 100,000 in he USA, with the main temple and headquarters in Wilmette, Illinois. In more than 100 books, Baha' proclaims that "the earth is but one country and mankind its citizens", and the "oneness of humanity, oneness of religion, oneness of God"... with "12 principles", including the independent search for truth, the unity of all religions, a universal language, a world confederacy of nations, a world court, work as worship, abolition of welth and poverty, establishment of world peace... In 1863 Baha' already proclaimed that "mankind is headed toward a social and economic cataclysm... and out of this tragedy a "golden age" will dawn, and Baha'is will be the only ones prepared to rule this new world order"... ... His imminent prophecies, and his noble and altruistic goals have not been fulfilled in 1997. Most leaders of the major religions reject Baha'is teaching, doctrines, and practices: Christians, Buddhists, and Muslims, who consider Baha' an heretic. In Iran, the country of Baha, members of the Baha'i faith are severely persecuted and often sentenced to death for "heresy", and they destroyed the "House of Bab" in Shiraz, the Baha'is holiest shrine. The "practices", are mostly Muslim: To pray at certain times during the day, and encourage to make at least one pilgrimage to their own Mecca: The temple in the city of "Ak'ka", near Haifa, Israel, where Baha' died and was buried, and is the actual world headquarters of the Baha'is. "Number 9", is their symbol of unity and stands for the 9 manifestations of God to Moses, Buddha, Zoroaster, Confucius, Jesus Christ, Muhammad, Hare Krishna, Bab, and Baha'... Bab was the precursor of Baha', like another John the Baptist. Their temples have 9 sides, 9 pillars, 9 gates, 9 fountains. - For the Muslims, it is a heresy to have another
prophet after Muhammad... In the USA: "Black Muslims": In many nations there are groups of Muslims to fight for the specific problems of that nation, making the number of Muslim Denominations larger than those of Christianity. In the USA, one of these is the "Nation of Islam" or "Black Muslims", started by Timothy Drew in 1913, and founded by Wallace Fard Muhammad, who established a mosque in Detroit in 1931, and claimed to be Allah incarnated. The chief developer of the movement was "Elijah Muhammad", assistant of Fard. "Black men" were enjoined to give up Christianity, because they were seen as destined by Allah to assume cultural and political leadership of the Earth. The white race was conceived of as a race of devils whose time of reign was coming to an end. They bought thousands of acres, to promote self-help enterprises. Muhammad Ali and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar are Black Muslims. His most prominent disciple was "Malcolm X", who broke with the group because of its separatists views, before his assassination in 1965, forming the "American Muslim Mission". A splinter group under "Louis Farrakhan", based in New York, retains the name "Nation of Islam".Islam Terrorism Groups
PLO:
In
Palestine:
PLO, Hamas, ANO, PIJ: The PLO has been the embodiment of the Palestinian national movement, striving to achieve the national goals of the Palestinian people, including the establishment of a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital. The Arab Summit in 1974 recognized the PLO as the "sole and legitimate representative of the Palestinian people" and since then the PLO has represented Palestine at the United Nations, the Movement of Non-Aligned Countries (NAM), and the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC). The PLO Charter. The full text, which negates Israel's right to exist and calls for its destruction through violence. Hamas
(Egypt-Palestine): ANO (Palestine, Lebanon): Palestine Islamic Jihad (PIJ)
(Palestine, Syria): Islamic "fundamentalism": Iran, Iraq, Egypt... Al-Quaida, Hizbollah... In Afghanistan, Al-Quaida
(The Base-Bin Laden): In Lebanon:. Hezbollah
(Party of God) (Lebanon, Syria): Hezbollah was established under the spiritual leadership of Sheikh Muhammad Hussein Fadlallah, a Shia cleric. The movement joined forces with smaller Shia political parties such as the Hussein Suicide Squad, Dawah, the Lebanese branch of the Iraq-based al-Dawah-al-Islamiya, and with dissatisfied members of the older, Islamic Amal. Islamic fundamentalism is on the rise, trying to create "Muslim States", where the leader is both the head of the religious and political branches, and the Koran is lived to the letter, with the women wearing their veils, and out of colleges... In Iran: The most successful victory was in "Iran", with the Ayatollah Khomeini overthrowing the American sponsored Shah of Iran in 1979.... The reactionary rule of Iran seeks to expand its power to Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon, Iraq, and the Persian Golf emirates. In Iraq: There
are 60% Shiites and 40% Sunnis... Saddam Hussein is a Sunni, and the Shiites
can't even gather in their most holy sanctuaries... thousands oft hem have been
killed by the Saddam regime, and they would love to have a Muslim Shiite state
in Iraq, similar to Iran. The Kurds
are a non-Arabic people who speak a language related to Persian. Most
adhere to the Sunni Muslim faith. Most Kurds live in the generally contiguous
areas of Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Armenia and Syria – a mountainous region of
southwest Asia generally known as Kurdistan ("Land of the Kurds"). They are the
largest ethnic group in the world without their own country, with more than
twenty million. Throughout the 20th century their struggles for political and
cultural autonomy were opposed by countries in the area, which often used the
Kurds as pawns in regional politics. These different ideologies among the Muslims in Iraq may create a great problem to create a new Iraq. In Egypt: President Sadat was assassinated by a fundamentalist of the "Muslim Brotherhood", founded in Ismailia, Egypt, by Hasan al-Ranna in 1930. This movement spread to Syria, Palestine, Sudan... The Indo-Pakistan equivalent of the Muslim Brotherhood is the "Islamic Party", and in 1947 "Pakistan", meaning "nation of the pure", was established as a new experiment in modern Muslim statehood. In Libya, an Islamic revolutionary regime was established by al-Qadahfi in 1969, as the one in "Sudan" by Kemal Ataturk in 1923. In Syria: Hizbollah leader Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah called on Arab and Muslim states on April 2003 to defend Syria if the United States launched any military action against Damascus. In Turkey: The Ottoman Empire and the caliphate disappeared in the 20th century with the establishment of a secular state.
Islamic Reason for the Holy War (a Jihad) Every Muslim claims that Islam is the religion of peace...
however, here is another opinion by The Hadith of Muhammed: "Fighting
and Sacred Rage in the Cause of Allah (Jihad): War, killing, and rage were the foundation of Islam, and it
is the same to this hour in the heart of Ghadaffi, Saddam Hussein, and Osama Bin
Laden. Islam is a religion of death and killing for their God." The "Devout" Muslim has to be a "Fanatic, extremist": Suicide Bombers... good
Muslims: Mohammed, the founder of Islam,
was quoted as saying, This is a good reason for a Muslim to be a Suicide
Bomber, or a Terrorist willing to die... because Muslims wish to have their
sins forgiven. But every Muslim lacks this certainty, and some are
willing to do anything to gain it. Thus, fighting for Allah (a form of Jihad) is
the way of many... a sure way to go to Paradise. What will happen if most of the Islamic world is united
under one leader (as in times of old), having the wealth and military might to
challenge western nations? If the world is forced to accept Islamic Law, the
world will not be a more peaceful place. Instead, the result of a world under
the rule of Islam would be disaster. Consider that the few countries that have
adopted Islamic Sharia Law are all disasters. Since it has been adopted by Sudan
(1983), 2 million unnecessary deaths have occurred in that country, all due to
Islamic oppression. This is the story of Islam. The Quran hardly mentions love, and does not
encourage love toward non-Muslims. Love for example is only shown toward the
Muslim widow and orphan. Other widows and orphans (eg.Hindus, Christians, Jews)
have to convert if they wish to receive the same treatment from the Muslim
community. Sadly, every Muslim dreams of a world under Islam because
he believes Islam is the solution to the problems that plague humanity.
