The Sixth Trumpet

A.D. 1880 to A.D. 1930

13And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which stands before God,

14saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, "Loose the four angels who are bound in the great river Euphrates."

15And the four angels were loosed, who had been prepared for an hour and a day and a month and a year, to slay a third part of men.

16And the number of the army of horsemen was two hundred thousand thousand, and I heard the number of them.

17And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and they that sat on them had breastplates of fire and of jacinth and brimstone; and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions, and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.

18By these three was a third part of men killed by the fire and by the smoke and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.

19For their power is in their mouth and in their tails; for their tails were like unto serpents and had heads, and with them they cause hurt.

   20And the rest of the men, who were not killed by these plagues, yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold and silver, and brass and stone and of wood, which can neither see nor hear nor walk;

21neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

The Golden Altar was the second altar; the brazen altar stood before the first entrance of the tabernacle, which is a type of Christ.  The Second Altar or Golden Altar which is inside of the first room (holy place), just before the Vail is the altar of Consecration and also was a type of Christ.  There came a voice out from the four horns of the golden altar.

  • This voice was Jesus speaking to the sixth trumpet ministry. The Altar was Christ, and the four horns represented his power, and these horns denotes power in the book of revelation.  The fact that this voice came from the four horns of the golden altar shows us the power of Christ or the authority of Christ speaking to his ministry.
  • These horns show us the power of his message.  The message of Christ, in the gospel day of grace consists of four themes.

1.       Repentance

2.       Justification

3.       Sanctification

4.       Unity

Under the Apostasy the message of Repentance was lost and replaced  with penance.  The message of Justification by faith was lost, and replaced with faith in the church, or salvation in the church.  The message of sanctification was lost and replaced with outward works, and the message of unity was lost and replaced with the spirit of Sectism that is, “Go to the church of you choice.”

These doctrines have been covered up through the dark ages of Roman Catholicism.  The 4th trumpet brought back the Message of Repentance and Justification.  The 5th trumpet brought back the message of Sanctification/Holiness.

This is where D.S. Warner got the experience from the message of the 5th trumpet, which was preached during A.D. 1730 and A.D. 1880.  Warner obtained a clear experience of entire sanctification and he taught two works of grace and two cleansing.

This voice from the the Golden Altar of consecration, envision D.S. Warners and other with the word “For both he that sanctifieth (Christ the Altar) and they who are sanctified are all of one” Heb. 2:11.  This was the voice from heaven, A voice speaking the midst of the Church of God, this was the message of that hour.  The message was the sanctified are all one”, those who has been set apart and cleansed by the word were all one, not two.  Amen.  This was a great message “Unity”, which could only be effected by those who had been truly set apart in Christ.

14saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, "Loose the four angels who are bound in the great river Euphrates."

  • This message was to liberate the four angels from the bondage of sect Babylon.
  • These four angels (Messages) held back the judgments of God in these four man ruling ages of the four previous trumpets, because of a lack of knowledge. The full message of salvation was not preached in its entirety. See Rev. 7:1-8

And I saw another angel (The 6th Trumpet Ministry) ascending from the east (Rev. 11:12), east is where the source of light come from. This angel had the seal of the living God, (The understanding of the sixth seal), and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and sea, “Saying hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.” (or give them the a knowledge of the evening light message of the sixth trumpet).

  • They were holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind (Holy Spirit judgments) should not blow on the earth (earthly churches and doctrines) nor on the sea, (Papalism), nor any tree (trees of righteousness). Matt. 24:31

15And the four angels were loosed, who had been prepared for an hour and a day and a month and a year, to slay a third part of men.

  • The four angels were loosed, who had been prepared for an hour, (the point in time in which Babylon begin to fall), and a day and a month and a year, to slay a third part of men. See Rev. 11:13, 14.  “And the same hour” referring to this time, there was a great earthquake (spiritual awakening) , and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to God of heaven.  The second woe is past and behold the third woe comes quickly.”
  • A great host of Protestants were slain, this frightened the remnant See. Rev 6:13, this began with the Protestant ministry, who was not mature in truth, and failed to the walk in the light and also will include those under the sixth seal age who also fail to keep with the light.
